This campsite is in the Brenne National Park, and is on the edge of one of the 1000+ ponds and lakes abounding the area. These water features were built in medieval times to supply freshwater fish to the country. In Rosnay village is one of the best restaurants I haave ever visited, and it is mentioned in the Michelin Green guide to the area (french edition).
