An authentic place is a combination between tradition, beauty of Nature and pureness of local people. This kind of place is so rare nowadays. We could even ask ourselves if this kind of country still exists in our sad world I would reply yes, at least one : Cape Verde.

"Naive"
I appreciate the fact that you are trying to show the world what Cape Verde is, but at points you totally disrespect the people by focusing on naivety of the people. You seem to forget that it is still a young country by world standards. I was born there 25 years ago; Ive been out of the country for the last 15 years. Not because I chose to, but out necessity. The fact that you mentioned that the people are friendly does not imply stupidity or naives you stated, it is a part of culture, our culture. You give a traveler or wanderer a place to stay, even in Europe or especially Asia and Africa, there are similar traditions.
