Located on an escarped declivity ( the location is quite vertiginous ), between mountains and sea, Fontainhas is certainly one of the most beautiful village in Cape Verde. The coloured colonial houses are well married with the exuberant nature and the numerous nuances of flora. Heres another example of the tacit agreement between human beings and nature in Santo Antao.
