Praca nova is the main square of the city centre. During the day, everythings quiet, but starting to 9oclock PM, the place is crowded and lively. The small kiosk opens and is turned into a bar. Around is are installed a multitude of tables. At that time, the whole Mindelese youth group here to have drinks and meet each others before to end most of time in a disco. Until late in the night, the atmosphere is lovely and good humoured. Sirs, at night, there is no better place for charming encounters in Mindelo. Copyrights Nicolas Pietri
