Being from Louisiana I was very impressed by the northern countrysite. We met with some old school friends in Nebraska and traveled to South Dakota. Nebraska is flat and mainly farmland. In the beginning we saw alot of cornfields, then the countrysite became hilly and mainly ranchland, primarely cows and horses. When reaching Wyoming, the countrysite had changed to rolling hills, looking black from afar, because of the small fir trees that covered them.
