We spent a week with Riia's mom at Lake Konnevesi, located in eastern Mid-Finland. Our cabin was located 26 km from the town of Konnevesi, about 80 km from Jyväskylä, and about 120 km from Kuopio. Our cabin, Pienikaarre, is one of the three rental cabins of Matti & Mirja Jalkanen, the other two cabins being Pöllötupa and Mehtola.
