On a recent trip to Santa Fe I decided to take the "Blue Highways," the non-interstate. I was wonderfully surprised by the glorious landscapes of Nevada, Utah and Colorado. I plan to go back and visit, not just travel through. Parts of the trip were like traveling through red Yosemites.
