A Lost Treasure

As a native New Yorker, hardnosed and cynical about the "touristy" things that all those other people do,I prided myself on never having been to the top of the World Trade Center. It's just not "done" by real New Yorkers and it never bothered me to just say "No, never been." Unbelievable Brutality
I came home at night from work, that fateful night, turned on the TV. The dastardly actions had already started going on in NY, but when I seen it for the first time, I thought it was a movie, a fake, and from my tired eyes, the pictures did not look realistic enough to me to be a real event. Oh how wrong I was! "Bless You All" who have endeared such a tragedy. I see pictures that are of those two majestic buildings, and wish it were only a terrible dream, I'm sure you share my feelings.............

I was in NY in June and I loved it. I did not really do any of the touristy things either, even though it was my first time visiting and certainly is not my last. Those attacks made my heart bleed and everyday I continue to pray for everyone.
