This large Tudor Revival house features extensive stone work, half timbering*, an impressive 2nd storey oriel** window with leaded glass, & an elongated portico*** off the south side. E.D. joined his brothers to form McCallum Hill & Co in 1903.|
* A "half-timbered" building has exposed wood framing. The spaces between the wooden timbers are filled with plaster, brick, or stone.
