These Indian women were selling copies of some of the artifacts found here. While we walked around, two men wearing white helmets and official looking jackets were quietly (and unofficially) selling other artifacts that our guide thought were authentic. The rules here seem to be that you can't keep big discoveries, but it's okay to sell the small ones. We bought two fertility figures, a small monolith head and a little stone jaguar. We should show them to some museum expert and find out if our guide was right.
