Malta
Terry thanks for the compliments I had to smile using the word Mizzen. However, Carmelina being a Maltese, the pictures are nicer due to her beauty in which she still is after all these years. Marsaxlokk, its a place that I was posted in the 50s with RAF at Ta-Silg Radar site on the hill. Terry you did surprised me with your Maltese spelling, and the history, and the Octopus, in which I had to smile. [Well done]. Any picture you want, feel free theres more on Malta, such as the Grand Harbour, Gozo, or if you want send me an E-Mail and I would send you more about Malta. cabray@rogers.com Take care Charles

I was in AGAIN
Charles. The last time I visited this site I only stole 6 or 7 pictures !! This time (I know I should be flogged at the Mizzen) I stole most of them. Terrific pictures and Carmelina enhances them. What a wonderful place Malta is. Their bravery of the bombings which was on a par with the London blitz (size wise) the swimming and snorkelling I shall never forget in the 1950's, the pristine waters that was Marsaslokk, the battling with Octopus at least 10" across. A'hh the beauty of it all... Beautiful Malta. Cheers Terry.

Thanks Terry for your comments... I'm glad that you liked the views and the memories of the Island that you been there in the 50s with the Navy, probably you where anchored at Sliema creek. Take care Charles

Spectacular photo's about a spectacular island. Became my second home in the 1950's. Many thanks for posting. Cheers, best wishes Terry.
