01/21/93 -- Last night I had dust, commotion and strange street experiences at the Aswan wedding party; today I was to recover from it by embarking on a gentle felucca (traditional sailing ship) cruise up the Nile River. It was a two-day cruise from Aswan to Edfu, near Luxor, with occasional stops at temples and stuff on the way.
