As well as possessing one of the world's great cuisines, Turkey is a traveller's paradise with sun-drenched beaches, fabulous Greek and Roman and Byzantium ruins, underground cities, loads of guys with moustaches and leather jackets, belly-dancers, mosques and Kurdish run mountains. It is one interesting nation, and I am looking forward to my next visit.
