I spent a month walking in the Pyrenees in August 2001, following the GR11, a route leading from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean sea through the most interesting parts of the Spanish Pyrenees; I didn't make the whole route, which would take about 45 days, but only the section from Andorra la Vella (capital of the small mountain-state Andorra) to Cabo Higer / Hirun, the place where the mountains meet the Atlantic
