Dawlish and Starcross, Devon, England

Dawlish is a small town and seaside resort on the southeast coast of Devon, England. Tourism is still its main industry attracting many thousands of visitors during the spring and summer months. The beach has safe bathing and the town centre has a large selection of shops offering something for everyone.There are also numerous pubs, cafes and restaurants. Hi Tony, what a pleasure it was to view your presentation of the old English countryside. Your commentary added another dimension to your beautifully captured scenes. BTW, viewing your photos you reminded me that in Europe in busy urban places parking the car can not be taken for granted. Also the streets changed very much in the past few decades...I do not recall that in "my times" it was possible to walk on the street shirtless... You have great eye for great presentation.
