Why "green hell?"
I'm not sure if I get it right but I guess it was called that name by the prisoners who were interned. Still, that's a HECK OF A PARADISE to be imprisoned at. Really a LOVELY place! Your pics are SO MUCH FUN to view (especially the canoe trip) as if I've been there too. By the way, VERY CUTE gals too! & not only cute men. But the BEST aspect of your pics is the rainforest's flora & fauna. Ferralithic if I'm not mistaken is a combination of Iron & Lithium, right? (Iron always creates a nice red color.) Thanks for sharing your wonderful adventures including Chile's & hope you have more. They're KICK-ASS pics!!!
