For a large part of 2003 and early 2004 I spent working in Iraq. It was an amazing time and rates as one of the highlights I have experienced throughout my travels. I was fortunate to see large parts of the country, spanning from the Kuwait border to Basra, Ad Diwiniah, Najaf, Baghdad, Baqubar (bombabar), Tikrit, Kirkuk and then west to the Jordanian border.
