These are pictures of high school girls (and sometimes boys!!) that get dressed up in these funky outfits to "express" their individuality. This is not Halloween, and there is no holiday similar to Halloween in Japan. Every sunday, on a bridge overpass near Harajuku train station, these kids get dressed up in these funky outfits and just "hang out" the entire day. It is quite a site, and they are not camera shy!
