Zurich is probably the most common tourist destination in Switzerland. Lucerne is a close second in terms of popularity amongst tourists. Several years ago we had the opportunity to visit Lucerne.

The town of Lucerne is situated by the side of a beautiful, huge lake and is surrounded by mountain ranges. It is an ideal destination to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life for a few days.
