- This former sultan residence is just across the state mosque. Its got a spacious grassed compound where people play soccer & all sorts of games. (See the 3 black domes?) *The first thing you notice here in Indonesia after arriving from thinly-populated Malaysia is how numerous the people are! But then again, Indonesia is the 4th most populous nation of the world only behind China, India & the U.S.
