These photos were taken during mid-May, on a drive up the Nebo Scenic Loop near Provo, Utah. The Nebo Scenic Loop has been rated as one of the most scenic highways in the United States. The highway officially opens on Memorial Day. At the time this photo was taken, most of the highway was open, but was still blocked with snow at the very top.
