Very good pictures of the long houses.
Lugtu, you are right that the art of building these long houses and the artisan's ancient skills will soon disappear. Indonesia is one of the last examples of a country where old tradition is merging nicely with modern times. Very interesting pictures. To answer your question, posted under my journal I think that one long house will suit my family.
