Beautiful Rice Paddies

Your shots of the rice paddies and fields of Sumatra are very picturesque, almost like water color paintings.. I love to walk in and feel the air, moisture and smell the scent of tropical places

Your previous presentation on East meets West: Inside a Sultan's Lair reminds me of typical Indonesian hospitality. Your are right, it can be tiring some times too !!!

Thanks you very much for the kind comment. Actually, a lot of the photos here are blurry but I guess they still illustrate the pure rurality of Sumatra. As for the ric terraces, I'm not sure if they're tourist-geared here but they are in Bali & Flores where they're even more beautiful & does have accomdations (& my pics there really came-out clear & sharp). However, the presentations on those beautiful islands won't come 'til later on.
