<noembed><nolayer><div style="position:absolute; left:0; top:-100; display:none;"> Still Sagada, Bontoc:<br> Sumatra picture - The rice terraces of Sagada are sadly being neglected (as can be seen on this pic) that UNESCO has declared it an endangered World Heritage site. But why the neglect? Because the Philippines is becoming more industrialized that no one wants to do the hard labor anymore involved with the rice terraces. Of course, the rural folks here wants better opportunities in the city &#38; so, they leave this place. And eventhough it&#39;s kind-of sad, we cannot dictate what&#39;s right or wrong &#39;coz it&#39;s them who ultimately decide their own fate/destiny. </div></nolayer></noembed>
