The woman you see wears a regular, modern dress. But the deeper yo go to the interior, you'll start seeing more traditional attires & weaponries but by no means are the people [called "the Ifugaos"] savages.

That was way back then but no longer applies today yet it's good that they still maintain the traditional attires & overall way of life.
