Indeed, the Ifugaos of the interior dresses this way! But the fight scene is just for photography 'coz that savage way of life (along head-hunting) is really a thing of the past. In fact, the Ifugaos are also X-tians & thus, not savages but they maintain their tradition just like the tribes in some parts of Indonesia. Overall, that lax style of the X-tian European missionaries (of allowing the tribes to maintain their tradition) is what ultimately made X-tianity appealing to the tribes of Indonesia & the Philippines.
