Those 3-wheels taxis called “Tuk Tuk” are a very popular and easy way to visit Bangkok. First, a tourist has to negotiate strongly with the driver. Then, the Tuk Tuk gets through a dense traffic very easily and avoids waste of time. Sometimes, some driver propose their services at prices surprisingly low compared to some others. At this conditions, they will take you in many tourists shop where they’ll get petrol coupons for this. A pure time waste. Some others even propose a stop in some places where are proposed some doubtful massages… Most of time, atmosphere between the driver and his client is cordial and good-humoured, but sometimes, they don’t even know their way ! Spending hours behind this kind of vehicle, breathing fully the heavy pollution of Bangkok is sometimes hard for nerves…
