Love the pictures. My whole family is from CB and I, one day, will move there. It is more home to me than anywhere I have ever lived.

Do you know any DeCoste's
I recently obtained a watercolor painting of a sailboat beyond the sand dunes and I'm convinced that it's Cape Breton Island... Your picture of the "Old Boat" is what sold me.... Is this possible, the painting is signed Michelle DeCoste.... Probably painted around the turn of the last century....

What a wonderful thing to view, even living in Glace Bay. A friend of mine from New Waterford sent this to me and I hope to send them to my brother in Chicago. He will love to view them, and show them to his children also. He just loves his home Cape Breton. There is no place like it! Thanks Again.

Corinne: What can I say that the others haven't already said about the beauty of your photos. If you are not in a career of photography, you should be. You really have the knack of capturing natural beauty.

— Mike MacNeil, April 21, 2003
Excellent
Corinne, first I must thank you for your kind comments on my picture gallery. Today I spent considerable time viewing your pictures. I zoomed in on all of them and I must say I am truly impressed. I know of most of the areas you photographed. I don't know if this is a hobby for you as well but you show much creativity in your photos; obviously taking great care to get your best shot. I particularly like the photos of "The Rose" and "Fence at the Beach". Keep up the great work! I will be checking back and also passing this page on to others. Take Care!

Nice pictures though.........
So this is were you moved!!! Nice pictures, though I noticed that the beautiful dog you photographed, may seem to be "tied" in your picture. Seems very "un-professional" to me :)~ giggle :):) Glad you found a new home that displays your BEAUTIFUL pics they way they should be. The clarity is so much better than the last :):)

Nova Scotia
Hi, I just wanted to say that I loved the pictures, I was born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia , so all you did was make me homesick, where are you from in Cape Breton, if you get a chance drop me a line...Respectfully John
— John R. Dlugosh, April 4, 2002
In 1993, my car died near Nyanza, and I got it towed up to Joey Tremblatts service station just south of Baddeck, where he spent 2 days making it roadworthy again. Meanwhile, I found a rental car and took in some of the sights of Cape Breton Island - it's really quite pretty. Baddeck itself was also interesting - Alex. Graham Bell had a home there, now a Canadian Historic Site - and Bras D'or Lake. I want to get back there one of these days.
— Mark Wasson, January 13, 2002
