Towns change like people change. Sapulpa a small town near Tulsa Oklahoma. We get Tulsa local Tv channels. We have one High School. Many Churches of all faiths. We have many fast foods chains of pizza , chicken, hamburger,tacos just drive on Dewey or Main , Taft streets you'll stumble on one.

The town was name for the Creek Indian Cheif Sapulpan. i lived in sapulpa from age 5 till age 17. lived on n. 8th street, at top of hill. there was a grade sshool a short way from my house where i went to school. is it still there? I LEFT IN 1958 WHEN I GOT MARRIED. I HAD SOME FRIENDS MARY WHITE AND JESSIE TAYLOR. was wondering if you knew them and where they are now.i went to the old jr. high and high school.the photos are great. dont know about your illness, but have a son with parkinsons and m.s. disease. he is 43 yrs. old.

I miss Sapulpa
I lived in Sapulpa for years when I was younger. I miss that small town and the friends that I had there. If you hear from Joe Hill, Kathy Trail, or Charlene Laughlin, tell them Sharon says hi. My father was a minister at the Church Of God in Sapulpa and he had a radio program on Sunday mornings at KREK radio station. I enjoyed looking at your pictures, do you have any of the old Jr. High School? This has made me homesick...in a good way. Thanks again, Sharon

who shot Timmy Smith Jan 1 2008-
Timmy was shot while in the presense of his girlfriend in Sapulpa OK on Jan 1, 2008. Was it an accident???? Why was she stoping him from returning to his family? Why was she the only one in the room with this 40 year old man, when he was shot with his own gun in his right side. "Something is very very wrong here. I hope the police take this woman and her activity seriously. Nothing makes sense in this case...unless you question what was her motivation and zealousness in stoping him from leaving her to return to his family. I pray and hope that the police look under ever rock and in every crany in this situation. Someone has to be held accountable for this!

What a Wonderful Album

I was born in a very small town in Texas of about 400 people and the old downtown is still there and very well preserved. By old I mean 1850's old.
