On two occasions i was lucky enough to go to Italy. The first trip to Genoa in northern Italy, i was told of five fishing villages a short train ride away called the Cinque Terre, little did i know i would find colourful fishing villages clinging to cliff faces linked by a harroring cliff walk. I visited in january and with no tourists around I had the place to myself, it was beyond magical.

The second trip was to Rome for a weekend (the joys of being a european) a city that needs no explination.
