The first three days were spent on a beautiful hideaway, Beachcomber Resort,
filled with young people from all around the world.
The food was really enjoyable, though often quite simple for the Australian palatte.
Staying near the coast for much of our twelve days boat travel became a vital way of getting around.
The trip up the Navua River provided many interesting insights into the varied Fijian cultures, particularly as you moved into the hinterland away from the coast.
Probably the nicest memory left of this tropical paradise were the many beautiful sunsets that
, which have left wonderful lasting impressions of a friendly place and people.
We will be back!!
