Thanks guys. The trick is to get a really fast, high quality lens (mine's a Canon 85mm f1.8 USM), and take lots of photos. I throw away most of them.

Yeah Steve, how do you get them to pose for you? It's really amazing how the great photographers of WIR like you are able to take pics of people's faces in natural pose because humans usually moves all the time to be able to get a good shot of their faces & expressions, unlike taking pic of several humans & their entire body which is so much easier.
