Frederiks Kirken
Harbors, Wharfs & Waterfronts in Copenhagen picture - This is the "Marble Church" (Marmorkirken) just west of the Amalienborg complex. Construction originally began in 1749, but due to a lack of funds, the partially build structure stood unfinished for more than a century and was almost a total ruin when, in 1894, the complex task of renovation, restoration and new construction began again. You can make out statues of biblical figures around the balustrade of the copper dome roof.
