Located near Christiansborg Castle is the Byorsen. Until 1974 is was the Danish stock exchange. Today is serves as the headquarters for the Chamber of Commerce. The unique Dutch Renaissance-style brick building is covered in a copper roof and has a tree-lined ramp which allowed carriages to drive up to a floor above the commodities warehouse.
