- In California (or atleast at the area where I live), the people wants the police to put a stop on the hanging-out of the Mexicans, but the police states they can't do that as long as there are no rules broken. Now I don't know if it's the same here in H.K. with the Filipinos & their critics. *Ooopppsss, please forgive me if I may have made the critics sound like bad people, they are not! However, I wrote this piece because "the differences in culture" is for real whether it's here in H.K., in California, or any other parts of the world. But it helps a great deal if we spread a bit of understanding about cultures & so, writing about it does help explain things.
