*Of course, there's some truth to the critics claim that massive hanging-out creates trash, or that it trashes the place. This is the critic's main reason,yet the other main but unspoken reason is - the critics simply don't like seeing people who don't look like them hanging-out by the numbers! (I don't want to use the word racism here 'coz it's such a harsh word.)

But even if garbage is created, they get cleaned anyway after the hang-out. Or put it in another way, if it's people of the same stock (of the critics) hanging-out by the numbers - say, on a Friday or Saturday nite or some other outdoor gathering, then you won't hear the critics complaining at all. This also applies in California!
