As stated earlier in this article, just like in Hong Kong where the Filipinos hang-out in downtown by the numbers, so does the Mexicans in Concord & some other towns in Cal.

Unfortunately, it bothers some people (e.g. white, black, Asian Californians, not all of them but some) just as to how the various folks of H.K. (e.g. Chinese, Brit, other Asians, & etc.) are bothered by the Filipino hang-out.

However, it doesn't bother me at all to see Mexicans hang-out by the numbers in Concord. In fact, I think it's cool 'coz we in the Philippines loves hanging-out a lot too as it's a great way to mingle & socialize. After all, humans are one social beings which unfortunately has been lost in some cultures a long time ago.
