But even if Borobodur is much smaller than Angkor & Bagan, it's still dubbed "the 3rd biggest ancient Hindu temple of South-East Asia" since there are no other Hindu ruin complex in the region who's bigger than Borobodur except Angkor & Bagan. Incidentally, Vietnam & Thailand has some but they're much smaller than Borobodur. *If I'm to draw an analogy to illustrate the point, Angkor & Bagan are like Jupiter & Saturn whereas Borobodur is a distant 3rd like Mercury or Pluto (the smallest planets). See the big difference in size of Angkor & Bagan versus Borobodur? Still, Borobodur is dubbed "the 3rd biggest ancient Hindu temple" since Mercury [or Pluto] is still bigger than the miniscule asteriods which the ruins of Vietnam, Thailand [& etc.] are like:)
