Compared to Angkor & Bagan, Borobodur is really miniscule since the temple you see in this pic is actually the only temple here! Now there are a few more, much smaller temples in the periphery of this main temple (3-5 km. away) but they're only a few. Whereas in Angkor & Bagan, both ruin complexes are SO VAST that they're actually ancient cities with so many majestic buildings & temples whereby some are located inside a dense jungle. Hence, it takes 3-4 days to really explore Angkor & Bagan while Borobodur only takes a mere 2-3 hrs.
