your red stars
Hi, your red stars flowers are tropical and kids in Singapore used to pluck them and then taste the sweet nectar by drawing the inner stem out, exposing a clear drop of nectar on ripe flowers....the flower's name is ixora, but i do not have the scientific name for it... Cheers

I am part Malaysian and found your pictures amazing because i have never been there and you have shown me what it really looks like!

I am impressed by your images of Sabah. Being a Sabahan residing in the UK, I think it is only right for me to promote my hometown to people here. I am in the process of setting up a website to do just like that. But the site is majorly under construction. It would be like a very cheap travel agent and I am doing it with my brother who was voted as the best tour guide in Malaysia in 1997. Would it be possible to use the images for my site? I will put the credit to you at the bottom of my page and a link to your website. Thanks! Walter

Thanks for posting more pics of Sabah, it's such a fascinating place. Really like that jungle canopy trail. Also, it's interesting to know that it has the biggest & smallest orchid along the biggest flower of the planet. But what is that cactus plant supposed to be? It looks cute, he, he, he.
