I have been to this country about 3 times now, the first being for a few months over 2002 and 2003. I arrived there from Nigeria, having heard OK reports about the place. It was recently out of a civil war and was as on the rebound well as far as an African country can be. Anyway, got off the plane, onto the bus and learnt my first lesson!
