Meaning, if it's boiled & cooked right infront of your eyes, then it's safe. Overall, they're great for tourists on a budget like me.

*I've been to SO MANY 3rd World countries already eating in such food-hawk stands yet never once did get sick whereas one of the possible cause of my hospitalization was eating something bad yet the food in the U.S. (where I currently live) does look clean! But once again, no offense to the West 'coz it's a very clean society & that I don't get sick in the 3rd World 'coz I'm originally from it that my immune system is used to such an environment. However, the situation gets reversed "once in a blue moon" since it's not a perfect world after all no matter how GREAT the West is.
