Such small public transport are typical of non-western countries not only in Asia but all-over the world. And eventhough they're called differently all-over the world, one thing's for sure - they're really cute! *On the serious note, non-western public trans does signify how much non-westerners economizes energy whereas we in the West (eventhough we only make 20-30% percent of the world's population), consumes +70% of the world's energy as we drive our own car instead of using public trans.
