A trip to the United Kingdom and Paris in Winter may not be the most popular time but the lack of tourists and the Winter crispness make this an excellent time for the travel photographer.
Many sights seem less grey and seem eternal in their existence and their attraction. It is almost incredible that most of these buildings were constructed hundreds of years ago. Especially impressive is the size of the buildings and the amount of time that was taken to build them.
