This rock area is very spectacular and has commanding views of the surrounding desert. I was saddened to see that little chips of rock were chipped off in certain areas, no doubt the work of scheming geoligist attempting a claim to momentary fame and fortune. Very SAD. The rock outcrop in surrounded by gold and tantalum so it may well disappear in the near future. I hope the dollar signs dont remove these beautiful landmarks.
