Badlands National Park is located in the southwestern part of South Dakota, covering 160 sq. miles of jagged and beautiful landscapes. Traveling the Bandlands Loop Road gives you a fascinating glimpse of this moon-like terrain which can be reached just south of I-90. While there, we saw a moutain goat and many prairie dogs.
