El Quetzalcotl artist collective staged a protest in front of City Hall protesting their treatment during the Cervantino Festival. Not exactly sure of the particulars of their grievances, but the men were stripping in protest taking off first their shirts - then their pants - then their...after much flirting around with the idea of going further, The Official of City Hall came out and spoke with the Quetzalcotl spokesman and the demonstration was disbanded.
