i miss the 2 days spent at mt.Bromo
i went to Mt.Bromo in 1992 with my school ...i can still remember the view at Mt.Bromo until now.The sunrise there was lovely and at night i spent most of my time viewing the beautiful stars when i looked upon the sky ...Thanks for the lovely photos of Mt.Bromo

I love your photos of Bromo. I've seen a few of the Volcanoes in Indonesia, but Bromo (which I haven't seen) appears to be the most photogenic. I caught a glimpse into the crater of Tambora while flying past it a few years back and I have always wanted to go back. Unfortunately it would take a minor expedition as it is rarely climbed - but the crater was like looking into the Grand Canyon.

Your photos and articles on Southeast Asia are all very impressive - can't wait to see Bali. I also appreciate your political commentary - global warming, overpopulation, extreme nationalism, avarice, militarism - these are issues we all need to understand - and we especially need to understand our role in all of this as individuals, and take responsibility to help solve the problems, rather than contribute to them.
