There are 2 routes to Mt. Bromo whereby Ngadisari is the easier one to reach since cheap public transport are frequent. (This is the route we took.) However, the better view is in Wonokitri but it's harder to reach & that you'll end-up paying more for a chartered transport. By the way, this place is SO HIGH that you really will need some thermal wear since it gets very cold in the evening though the [cheap] hotels provides thick blankets & rents jackets. Also, they can wake you up at 5 a.m. if you want to see sunrise which is really spectacular! However, you need a good camera to photograph it.
