A new B&B set to open later this year. The project of an enterprising Texas couple, they have converted a rubble-strewn lot into a modern Mexican residence with balconies and courtyard & a dilapidated old town house into this bed-and-breakfast complete with colonnades around a central atrium. It's just across the street from a similar improvement by a Mexico City owner.
